Research Question
How can metagenomics be used to monitor meiofauna (nematodes) and assess environmental impacts?

My work focuses on developing a metagenomic approach for monitoring nematode communities. It includes generating genome-scale reference data for individual nematode specimens. The method will be validated using mock communities and benchmarked against morphology-based identification and metabarcoding, and then applied to field case studies.
